Linux BASH CLI Based News Aggregator, Random Stuff, and More

If you're not aware there's actually quite a lot of shenanigans out there when it comes to news and PSYOPS.

For that reason, I decided to build my own mini news aggregator. It basically works by scanning the homepage of relevant websites, finding links, and then displaying them. This then allows me to easily pick out news items that I am interested them by running them through a grep command with the most relevant command line switches which can easily be used as a basis for a proper news aggregator website based news aggregator.

Obviously, it's relatively simplistic but it does exactly what I need without requiring huge amounts of computing resources (and using it with 'less' makes for a very light and quick overview of the daily news then opening your browser, loading the webpage, etc...) Obviously, it can be easily modified for custom purposes as well.

Use it as a VST and you'll notice that C1 to D#2 corresponds to the drumpads of the device and that all of the dials can be MIDI re-mapped as well via the 'Configure' button in Ableton...

- you have to admit if the recent jump in US Naval crashes really does have something to do with some sort of covert action it's a pretty effective strategy? Here's the other interesting implication, it possibly means AEGIS is completely ineffective because I find it difficult to find that a ship that is so highly reliant on automation, technology, and with a trained crew woudln't be able to pick up such a threat unless there was possibly something that could nullify it? Notice that in spite of being relatively new the ships have had incidents have had heaps of rust on them?
