Prototype Neural Interface Transfer Device, Pre-Cogs/Prophets/Religion 19, and More

- an obvious continuation on my previous religious research:
- one thing I've been investigating obviously is whether or not it's possible to transfer the conciousness of a person from one body to another? A lot of diagnostic information is required up front. Work on this preliminary based on what I've heard. Maybe decades off?
brain neural interface
- one of the initial steps is that a 'standard scan' (PET/CAT) may be required to determine information density? The reason why this is important is the following. Think of a digital picture digital picture which takes so many megapixels? If you look on a medical diagnostic scan you'll discover that different lobes/parts of the brain light up based on brain activity at any one time. From this we can detect the electro-chemical circuit/pathway that a fire in the brain as different activities are conducted. If we use the basic metric, "total_brain_storage_required=total_cells*data_density" then we can get the following, "data_density=total_brain_storage_required/total_cells"
- this tells us the brain scanning resolution that is required. We can resort to physical methods but if you understand how information may be stored, retreived, erased, etc... then you'll realise that this may be very difficult/impractical? For instance, individual wire by wire scanning of each cell seems rediculous because it doesn't quite reach into cells that are underneath others? This almost automatically entails some type of EM based wave type technology (has to be in the radio part of the spectrum to get around the physical barrier of the skull itself. Quantum tunnelling, Electron tunnelling microscope may cause cell damage?)?
- 3D grid of some sort with multi-agent transfer mechanism? How is it stored though? Membrane transfer with multi-agent controlling mechanism?
- it may be worthwhile attempting to increasing the size of existing cells (to the point that they can become larger but not to the point where they lose their integrity) by using osmosis/diffusion to make scans easier? Another way is to let the patient sleep. We know during this particular time, spacing between brain cells increase which allows for alternative methods for scanning?
- need a way to do this without irradiating brain? Another way is to force the brain to choose alternate pathways over and over again? We know that the bodies sensors (touch, feel, sight, taste, smell) basically create electro-chemical pathways/circuits throughout the brain each time they are activated. If they are basically like MODEMS and information retrieval works the way I think it does then technically information recall should force something back down that particular pathway? Brain cell size indicates higher resolution and freqeuncy is required for EM based scanning. Quantum RADAR style technology (if currently real and workeable) would allow higher transfer rates without having to resort to physical surgery?
- cell clone is another alternative. Shut down body. Just requires a single clone of all cells in question. Hopefully, something smaller that can fit in between existing brain cells. Hopefully, cloned cells in question are tagged using radiation or magnetic particles. Extract the particles. We've cloned a particular part of the brain and then move on to the next section of the brain. The clone cells are then scanned in via machine. Obviously, this requires forewarning though. Brain shutdown periods tell me this is viable?
- think capacitance effect (likely very slow scanning method though?)? Another way to scan/read cells provided we can achieve sufficient miniaturisation
- shoot sequential, random voltage across brain cells at various angles. Greater voltage should peer further down. Measure difference (there's got to something about the way it stores it)?
- bypass all lobes, regions that aren't required for copy speedup? Just standardise programming in other parts?
- Futurama option is pulling the entire head and spinal column out and interfacing to a new body (not a great option obviously especially given neuro-degeneration seems a common problem for all elderly. Realistically, either this issue needs to be conquered or else a person's conciousness needs to be moved to a new body of some sort)?
- the Eastern religions are aware of the there is a strong possibility that people are getting re-incarnated as animals or that 'Ascended Beings' take the form of animals from time to time? Obviously, there have been rules regarded trying to not eat animals when possible in Eastern religions particularly for this reason. Obviously, in future if people decide to switch/share their concious with animals in future then certain rules need to be re-affirmed? Note, the limitations as you switch (in terms of brain capacity) as you switch from one particular form to another? Only real way to confirm is to share concious with an animal?

- we need to take care of our 'friends/cohabitants'...
- either it's the same God, people have got different interpretations, God has changed his mind, people are lying, we're dealing with multiple 'Ascended Beings' claiming to be God, etc... Currently people say that they are all basically worshiping the same God but there are differences in all of the religions? Why are some 'core facts' different such as birth of the Universe, re-incarnation, etc? Everybody is obviously interested in which is 'truest religion' (none of them are really as clean/pure/make sense as people would like)? Gut feeling is that any 'Final Group' may have to review things wholesale? Where do they differ? How/why do they differ? Is it a case of 'Ascended Beings' getting in the way of one another (if they exist)? Which pre-cogs/prophets were told the most? Where do they differ? The obvious thing is that they feel mostly compatible but the interpretation has been the core problem?
difference yahweh allah god
- obviously, if all else fails carry a camera around and upload the experiences to the new body once transfer of their brain patterns/behaviour can be achieved? Obviously, d=st - t=d/s is the amount of time required for data transfer to take place to new location
brain stimulation imaging technology
Deep Brain Stimulation: A Paradigm Shifting Approach to Treat Parkinson's Disease
The concept of neural ensemble dates back to the work of Charles Sherrington who described the functioning of the CNS as the system of reflex arcs, each composed of interconnected excitatory and inhibitory neurons. In Sherrington's scheme, α-motoneurons are the final common path of a number of neural circuits of different complexity: motoneurons integrate a large number of inputs and send their final output to muscles.

- there are some who say that the technology is unviable for the time being. It's obvious to me that you can get around resolution and recall issues by overlaying digital error correction algorithms over the top (similar to software that can correct corrupt video or music files). The transfer process will be much slower but it will work

- not necessary to produce reproductive system in new body? Just store reproductive products (sperm, eggs, etc...) from old body and use later on?
- basic specifications for current human brains are as follows... Minimum 10TB, most cells operate in KHz range. Possible to overclock the 'brain'? Use alternate physics to replicate? Once you understand memory/storage retrieval in an electrochemical system you understand why multiple senses can basically increase the likelihood of the memory sticking? It's basically right a re-imprinting/a pathway physically?
Overclocking is configuration of computer hardware components to operate faster than certified by the original manufacturer, with "faster" specified as clock frequency in megahertz (MHz) or gigahertz (GHz). Commonly operating voltage is also increased to maintain a component's operational stability at accelerated speeds. Semiconductor devices operated at higher frequencies and voltages increase power consumption and heat.[1] An overclocked device may be unreliable or fail completely if the additional heat load is not removed or power delivery components cannot meet increased power demands. Many device warranties state that overclocking and/or over-specification voids any warranty.

Overclocking BIOS setup on an ABIT NF7-S motherboard with an AMD Athlon XP processor. Front side bus (FSB) frequency (external clock) has been increased from 133 MHz to 148 MHz, and the CPU clock multiplier factor has been changed from 13.5 to 16.5. This corresponds to an overclocking of the FSB by 11.3% and of the CPU by 36%.
brain capacity
Several books, films, and short stories have been written closely related to this myth. They include the novel The Dark Fields, its film adaptation, the 9th book (White Night) of Jim Butcher's book series The Dresden Files, Limitless (claiming 20 percent rather than the typical 10 percent), the shōnen manga Psyren, and the 2014 film Lucy, all of which operate under the notion that the rest of the brain could be accessed through use of a drug.[17] Lucy, in particular, depicts a character who gains increasingly godlike abilities once she surpasses 10 percent, though the film suggests that 10 percent represents brain capacity at a particular time rather than permanent usage.

The myth was "busted" on an October 27, 2010 episode of MythBusters. The hosts used magnetoencephalography and functional magnetic resonance imaging to scan the brain of someone attempting a complicated mental task, and found that over 10%, as much as 35%, was used during the course of their test.[18]

The 10 percent brain myth occurs frequently in advertisements,[19] and in entertainment media it is often cited as if it were fact.[20]

Some New Age proponents propagate the "ten percent of the brain" belief by asserting that the "unused" ninety percent of the human brain is capable of exhibiting psychic powers and can be trained to perform psychokinesis and extra-sensory perception.[3][13] There is no scientifically verified body of evidence supporting the existence of such powers.[13]

In 1980, Roger Lewin published an article in Science, "Is Your Brain Really Necessary?",[21] about studies by John Lorber on cerebral cortex losses. He reports the case of a Sheffield University student who had a measured IQ of 126 and passed a Mathematics Degree but who had hardly any discernible brain matter at all since his cortex was extremely reduced by hydrocephalus. The article led to the broadcast of a Yorkshire Television documentary of the same title, though it was about a different patient who had normal brain mass distributed in an unusual way in a very large skull.[22]
brain storage capacity
The math behind these estimates is fairly simple. The human brain contains roughly 100 billion neurons. Each of these neurons seems capable of making around 1,000 connections, representing about 1,000 potential synapses, which largely do the work of data storage. Multiply each of these 100 billion neurons by the approximately 1,000 connections it can make, and you get 100 trillion data points, or about 100 terabytes of information.
...
So how many megahertz does the brain run at? It may be best to say that the brain is a much more powerful machine made up of much slower processors. Each neuron seems to have a “clock speed” on the order of kilohertz, which are a million times slower than gigahertz. (A smartphone’s processor speed is around 1 gigahertz.) For this reason, computers are often much faster at completing specialized tasks, even though they can’t replicate all the varied functions of the human brain.

While futurists like Ray Kurzweil cite Moore’s law—the tendency of computers to become twice as powerful about every two years—to predict that we will be able to build computers more powerful than the human brain within the next two decades, it’s not clear that such a computer could be marketable. The brain is remarkably energy-efficient, running on about 12 watts—the electricity it takes to light some high-efficiency light bulbs. It would require so much energy to run a computer as powerful as the human brain—perhaps as much as “a gigawatt of power, the amount currently consumed by all of Washington, D.C.” —that it may be impractical.
brain data extraction
"The capacity to monitor the brain in real time has tremendous potential for improving the diagnosis and treatment of brain disorders as well as for basic research on how the mind works," said Jonathan Cohen, the Robert Bendheim and Lynn Bendheim Thoman Professor in Neuroscience, co-director of the Princeton Neuroscience Institute, and one of the founding members of the collaboration with Intel.

Since the collaboration's inception two years ago, the researchers have whittled the time it takes to extract thoughts from brain scans from days down to less than a second, said Cohen, who is also a professor of psychology.
...
A number of techniques for processing these data have been developed at Princeton and other institutions. For example, work by Peter Ramadge, the Gordon Y.S. Wu Professor of Engineering and professor of electrical engineering at Princeton, has enabled researchers to identify brain activity patterns that correlate to thoughts by combining data from brain scans from multiple people. Designing computerized instructions, or algorithms, to carry out these analyses continues to be a major area of research.

Powerful high-performance computers help cut down the time that it takes to do these analyses by breaking the task up into chunks that can be processed in parallel. The combination of better algorithms and parallel computing is what enabled the collaboration to achieve real-time brain scan processing, according to Kai Li, Princeton's Paul M. Wythes '55 P86 and Marcia R. Wythes P86 Professor in Computer Science and one of the founders of the collaboration.
New software allows for 'decoding digital brain data'
- obviously since we can build bodies and brains re-programming people's base instincts is on the table now? Programming certain behaviours does't feel really that difficult? Understand that neurotransmitters basically are electrochemical switches which activate parts of the body on/off at any moment in time and you understand how they work (dopamine is a strong example of this which is associated with the 'reward pathway'). You can set an 'alarm' on them by setting a 'decay' rate of some sort? Else, just use standard memory cells? Upgrade multiple lobes for brain? Allows you to switch brains in case of trouble? Secondary digital brain which kicks in and then re-uploads to standard electro-chemical brain upon the repair of the original brain?
Neurotransmitters, also known as chemical messengers, are endogenous chemicals that enable neurotransmission. They transmit signals across a chemical synapse, such as a neuromuscular junction, from one neuron (nerve cell) to another "target" neuron, muscle cell, or gland cell.[1] Neurotransmitters are released from synaptic vesicles in synapses into the synaptic cleft, where they are received by receptors on the target cells. Many neurotransmitters are synthesized from simple and plentiful precursors such as amino acids, which are readily available from the diet and only require a small number of biosynthetic steps for conversion. Neurotransmitters play a major role in shaping everyday life and functions. Their exact numbers are unknown, but more than 100 chemical messengers have been uniquely identified.[2]
- uploading is relatively simple. We know that the bodies sensors (touch, feel, sight, taste, smell) basically create electro-chemical pathways/circuits throughout the brain each time they are activated. If they are basically like MODEMS and information storage works the way I think it does then technically simply playing things back from memory storage should force memory storage into the brain? The amount of time is obviously dependent on the electro-chemical storage medium. May require an 'enhancement medium' in order to reduce time required to store memories? Otherwise, store and upload may take an impractical amount of time/forever?
- databank of DNA to be maintained. You can retake your current human body if you come back to Earth? Vanity jumps not allowed for the time being?
- one body dying is or terminal damage will trigger body transfer? This means those with terminal cancer, paralysis victims, aged, certain types of disablities, etc... Priority fo these people first?
Obvious ethical issues regarding jumping body to body. Theory is that you switch body over when one body fails? No 'vanity transfers'? Learn to respect life (and our current bodies) then figure out next level of 'Ascension' thereafter?
- obviously, to make this stuff a reality a few things need to be done. Start getting list of planets and moons we can inhabit. Pick planets that people want to live on in our Solar System. This requires soil and atmospheric samples from each habitable location.
What a sight a lunar lava cave would be. Protected from meteors and radiation that bombards the surface, the tunnels might preserve evidence from the moon’s early history and clues to its mysterious origins. And many scientists have long dreamed of building bases inside natural moon caves, where lunar explorers might sleep safely in inflatable homes, protected from the storms above.

But the lava tunnels of the moon, like the mythical canals of Mars, proved elusive.

NASA’s Ronald Greeley hypothesized in 1971 that one of the great channels in the moon’s Marius Hills region might in fact be a collapsed tunnel. But he admitted that no mission had yet photographed a lunar cave entrance — and some doubted they even existed.
...
Half a century after Greeley’s paper was published and NASA left the moon behind, in a paper published this week, Japanese researchers say they've found proof of the tunnels no one could see.

Japan calls its Kaguya orbiter the “largest lunar mission since the Apollo program.” It was launched in 2007 with state-of-the-art instruments, deployable satellites and a mission to solve the great mysteries of the moon’s origin.
- start coming up with designs from scratch for new bodies, brain capacities have to allow to for at least minimum capacity of existing human brains. Ergonomics, environment, etc... all core design considerations. Most efficient bodies for that particular body on that planet at all times... Actually might explain why 'Ascended Beings' seem to have an alternate form which allows them to 'fuse' with existing people?
- start coming up with 'life bombs' for each planet building from the ground up. Work on building life from the ground up using whatever resources that are local. Reduces amount of materials and equipment that needs to be transported from Earth to new colonies. Initial bodies/life bombs may be inefficient (like Dinosaurs). Later 'life bombs' will become more complex and efficient over time? Earth based biospheres to replicate remote environments. Build 'life bombs' on Earth first.
- a regular shuttle service between planets as well as higher bandwith satellites (and when FTL capability comes online) means we can swap conciousness from planet to planet like current 'Ascended Beings' do (if they exist). Transferring conciousness/mind means that cryogenics and conventional space travel may no longer be necessary? We can simply build/print a body from scratch and then re-download the conciousness/mind upon arrival at destination (with regards to space travel) meaning smaller payloads and energy requirements?
- wonder whether 'concious' is just what's in your mind and not your soul? Is the soul the overall package?
- upload concious to a computer simulation for some people who prefer to live that way?
- you have to wonder whether a lot of people's Afterlife experiences are a result of people's conciousness/soul getting uploaded somewhere?
- backup people's conciousnesses to 'The Cloud/Internet'. Algorithms, SAN/NAS backup solutions, etc... First group of people who colonise new planets/moons will be small/exploratory who will ensure their bodies are functional. Then live there for a period before others are brought across.
- reprint body with old conciousness requires increased brain capacity. If they can't ascend (the old fashioned way) then technically we'll have to increase cranial cavity capacity or else increase total number of brains in body?
- Neural interfaces provide us with better guide into how pre-cogs/prophets work (if they exist) and perhaps a guide into 'Afterlife' scenarios? It would/could categorically tell us whether re-incarnation, afterlife, pre-cog/prophetic visions are real or not? It's a vital link if the various religions are valid or not and whether the various religions are merely alternate pathways into an 'Afterlife' (should it exist). Clearly, not bulletproof? People often do get things wrong as indicated by eyewitness testimony?
- transfer of conciousness into body of animals may be possible in time? Guessing that the 'Ascended' may have figured out how to do this a long time ago and this may have been what some pre-cogs/prophets may have been sensing?
- shared conciousness is an obvious interesting possibility? Can you share your conciousness/memories with someone/something else like a 'mind meld' to help achieve better understanding? Provided we get the interfacing correct should be possible (think of the movie 'Inception')?
- can 'Ascended Beings' actually be 'destroyed' (if they exist)? If they can't it would actually explain a lot of things such as why some of demonic beings seem be imprisoned but never killed? Ability to mask, alternate form/possess, hide abilities, etc... hugely problematic
- the irony is that if this technology works it could help confirm if people are actually reincarnated as animals or other people at times? Wonder if person's personality is preserved across reincarnations (if this really happens?) and not just some memories?
- our current way of life just doesn't scale... Interesting interpretations all over the place?
Interest in spirituality has been booming in recent years while interest in religion plummets, especially among millennials. The majority of Americans now believe it is not necessary to believe in God to have good morals, a study from Pew Research Center released Wednesday found. The percentage of people between the ages of 18 and 29 who “never doubt existence of God” fell from 81% in 2007 to 67% in 2012.

Meanwhile, more than half of young adults in the U.S. believe astrology is a science. compared to less than 8% of the Chinese public. The psychic services industry — which includes astrology, aura reading, mediumship, tarot-card reading and palmistry, among other metaphysical services — grew 2% between 2011 and 2016. It is now worth $2 billion annually, according to industry analysis firm IBIS World.
- wonder whether it's possible to manufacture plants which absorb certain types of polution, change ambient temperature, absorb/add moisture/humidity from air, etc (technically, we already have some of this but it's 'manufactured' not 'grown')? Will have to contain mechanism to stop leaching into soil...
- you can obviously bring back people via the 'neural interface device' but it won't be the same as the 'real thing'? It's just fragments of the real thing much like a photo or a video of something. Could see people creating computer programs to comfort themselves like Freudian based simulations such as 'Eliza'. Nothing like the the real thing though... Will take a long time before Earth can join the other worlds/planets as part of the network (if it exists) and bring back people?
- in any transfer/upgrade of bodies upgrades such as genetic memory, increased memory capacity, better behaving children from the outset, etc... are obviously on the table?
- 'Ascended Beings' aren't supposed to be 'caught' (if they exist)? They show themselves, have to alternate forms in order to interact with 'standard matter'?
- body recycling possible? Shut down body, store consciousness elsewhere, cleanup, re-build, and then re-upload conscious back into body?
- feels obvious that a lot of people just don't know much about this stuff?
- possible corollaries is that if brain recall pathway/retrieval is symmetrical means that we can possibly erase bad memories from the mind and deal with core issues that have to deal with PTSD, schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses? Core principles fairly simple. Catheter into brain with particles that attach themselves to cells which exhibit higher voltage potential then other cells around them upon memory recall/activation. Else, particles which can bypass blood brain barrier (easier with ultrasonics based on some experiments out there). These cells are then then are activated by a third party (could be something simple as EM waves) which cause disintegration, erasure, else memory cells are overridden, etc...
- neural upload/interfacing technology offers enormous potential in the field of behaviour modification and education. We could simply interface with our own brains through something akin to a 'dream' and potentially learn at a faster rate through the equivalent of overclocking our brains? Think of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, conditioning, etc... One interesting thing would be in the field of addiction? Let's say we could delete memories of their previous addiction, re-normalise their bodies, re-condition them and then send them back out into the world? They would be far less likely to engage in their original behavrour again and it would actually be a more 'civil' approach as well?
- minimise parts that are copied over (to save memory) when and if/required? Regular backups of concious? For some strange reason don't think that transferring concious to another body is going to be the same as the experience is slightly different each time?
- trying to get a persons behavioural pattern is actually somewhat simple? Run them through games, simulations, etc... to get behavioural circuitry? Current neural network style learning processes should allow for a more accurate copy of the behavioural pattern the longer it goes on? May require electrodes all over body and then run through a series of videos/images to test response else a software program that could better ascertain the outside world and how a person interacted with it?
- can get a neural read and score by overlaying "The Machine" AI over it. Not accurate as space-time over "The Machine" overlay though? Processing output is the obvious problem with the latter though. Can use it to test and test for 'Ascension' capability (Ascendometer, a supposed measure of a person's purity?). Come up with metrics to determine whether people should get another chance in Earth's local expansion into it's Solar System (before proceeding with FTL drives and joining the 'Kingdom of God' if it should exist)? Ironically, using a dream/vision may be the easiest way to simulate a person's 'purity' (if that's what's happening with some people at the moment)?
http://dtbnguyen.blogspot.com/2017/02/life-in-iran-examining-prophetspre-cogs.html
- the above should theoretically enable someone to theoretically transfer themselves into a new bio-organic style body if they want using the prototype neural interface transfer device that I outlined earlier (transfer to robotic type body is also possible. Japanese, Indians, and US have obviously made big inroads into this area). The complexity of the new body and complexity of the transfer is the obvious question. The irony is that much of the technology is close to ready but is not in well known to the public?

- given the age and sequencing of religions I wonder whether or not the 'Ascended Beings, Gods, pre-cogs/prophets, angels, Arcs, etc...' that we often speak of were in actual fact mortals once upon a time and somehow figured out a way to achieve 'Ascension' (if they are real)? They've sort of left a bunch of instructions of how they achieved it as well? In the Eastern religions they sort of shifted from body to body until one day in the Western religions they figured out that there form forms of matter that were ultra stable and through that they were able to effectively attach their concious to that and achieve 'immorality'?
- one of the things I'm wonder is whether 'Afterlife' experiences some people may be seeing is actually a body/neural interfacing transfer device of some sort? It would make sense especially if it's done by an external party (let's assume we factor out neurochemical issues upon the death of the body, imagination, confirmation bias, etc...)? Implies a lot of equipment if it was done by 'Ascended Beings' who had taken human form. Building things themselves would have been reciculously difficult if they were present on Earth by themselves. Most likely if he had help they would have had to have remained in their 'alternate form' (things would have been easier that way)? Mind transfer would not be obvious. It's like a copy. Humans aren't advanced enough yet to recognise it? If 'Ascended Beings' do exist they could transfer and we wouldn't know?
- choosing option to give everlasting life to everybody is possible but problematic? Some individuals will need to go to other worlds/planets to determine what an adequate level of behaviour to allow people to survive? Reset things and allow them a chance with more 'normalised DNA' in future?
- protocols are all over the place for pre-cog/prophets, remote viewers. A little like prayer? Not quite certain why it works because it feels so random sometimes (or whether it's even real)?
- to prove everything right they need to rougly 'line up'?
A 9.7-million-year-old discovery has left a team of German scientists scratching their heads. The teeth seem to belong to a species only known to have appeared in Africa several million years later.
...
A team of German archaeologists discovered a puzzling set of teeth in the former riverbed of the Rhine, the Museum of Natural History in Mainz announced on Wednesday.

The teeth don't appear to belong to any species discovered in Europe or Asia. They most closely resemble those belonging to the early hominin skeletons of Lucy (Australopithecus afarensis) and Ardi (Ardipithecus ramidus), famously discovered in Ethiopia.

But these new teeth, found in the western German town of Eppelsheim near Mainz, are at least 4 million years older than the African skeletons, which has scientists so puzzled they held off publishing for a year.

A specialist team will be carrying out further tests on the teeth.
- far more likely to get something if we get a way of reducing wastage?
- the nature of their 'immortality' is clearly different? They don't need energy/food to survive/metabolise which entails they can create energy 'Ex-Nihilo'? The irony is that only a member of the current group who are likely to achieve 'Ascension' are actually able to describe what they are seeing which is why any 'Final Group' (if they exist) needs to be legitimate in order to make any progress in this particular area? Only those who are legimate and trusted by the present 'Ascended' (if they exist) would know how this works? Else, they have to figure things out? In time, instructions for switching to the alternate form that 'Ascended Beings' speak of may be possible but core/base science on Earth is the limiting factor?
- technically, if feels that any pre-cog/prophet should be able to extend their lives or shift bodies (they'll still exist either way) that they're effectively guaranteed immortality on Earth if they want it using current science and technology?
- 'Ascended Being' form to human form means you can't transfer everything over owing to physical limits of the 'human form'. You may leave bits behind but the basics should still be there? You would have to rely on control/alternate information channels to retrieve whatever information is 'left over'?
- another way of achieving a copy of current conciousness is the folowing. Remote viewing theory says that recall of a particular visual memory causes an image on the back of retina? If we simply tap the 'optic nerve' and encourage the patient to recall memories then technically we can transfer the memories over to a new body some time later down the track? Would be interesting if the same thing occurs with sound and other senses?
- clear that none of this is possible if humans decide to just steal work from any 'Final Group' (if they exist)? Nothing will change unless they can somehow bring people onside or unless their is a 'defense/security team' with them?

- The Self-Defense Forces tracked the movement of the missile, although they made no attempt to intercept it.

Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera said the decision was made not to try to bring the missile down because it was not aimed at a target in Japan and there was therefore no danger of the projectile coming down on Japanese territory. He added that it was actually over Japan for less than two minutes.

The projectile was apparently tracked by the three Aegis destroyers, each equipped with Standard Missile-3 interceptor missiles that are constantly deployed in the Sea of Japan. A second layer of close-in defense is provided by the Air Self-Defense Force's ground-based Patriot Advanced Capability-3 missiles, with the ASDF's PAC-3 unit in Hokkaido based at Chitose Air base.

"By the time this got over Japan, this thing was very high and moving extremely fast," Lance Gatling, a defense analyst and president of Tokyo-based Nexial Research Inc., told DW.

"It was apparently at an altitude of 550 kilometers when it passed over Hokkaido, which is at the very limit of the intercept range for the SM-3, and any Aegis destroyer would have needed to be in just the right position to intercept," Gatling said. "All in all, it was a pretty low percentage shot if they had gone ahead and ordered it."
- Jerusalem (AFP) - A Palestinian clown accused by Israel of membership in a banned leftist group and held without charge for 20 months has been released.

Mohammad Abu Sakha, 26, told AFP on Thursday he was released the day before from administrative detention, the controversial measure under which Israel detains suspects without trial for periods of several months, renewable indefinitely.

He said following his release he returned to the northern West Bank city of Jenin, where family and friends were waiting to welcome him.

"It was like a party," he said.

Abu Sakha had been part of the Palestinian Circus School in Bir Zeit in the occupied West Bank since 2008, first as a student and later as a clown and teacher.

He said Israeli forces never told him the exact reason for his arrest in December 2015 or how long he would be detained.

Israel's Shin Bet security agency accused him of being a member of the leftist Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, which the Jewish state considers a terrorist group because of its armed wing.

Amnesty International had called for his release.

He said he would "absolutely" be returning to the circus as it was "a message".

"Israel arrests people every day, and closes them off economically," he said. "The circus gives people hope."

The Israeli army did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Administrative detention is intended to allow authorities to hold suspects without charge so information is not disclosed that could jeopardise security.

The system has been criticised by Palestinians, human rights groups and members of the international community.

Of around 6,200 Palestinians currently in Israeli jails, around 450 are being held under administrative detention, Palestinian rights groups say.
- Amid so much anger and disruption, the only agreed fact is that politics remains unpredictable.

It's a hell of a time to be in power. Relative to their electors, democratic governments have never looked so weak, so low in standing, so easily disposable.

The Coalition government is beset on all sides: subject to global forces beyond its control, and captive to the mistakes it has made on the matters it can influence.
- Hi Coles - just took my 82 year old mother to Coles Glen Waverley - her total bill was 130 dollars she paid 100 in notes and 30 in gold coins . We were told by the cashier that she will accept the gold coins this time however next time she can only accept 20 dollars in gold coins . My mother and I were quite embarrassed and my question is when has there been a law as to what money is accepted at Coles ???? This is awful my mother is a pensioner and a widow and doesn't have an eftpos card as she is quite beyond technology . This is really disappointing and now she feels embarrassed to shop there again . Is 30 dollars in gold coins worth less than a twenty and a ten . And if this is common practice I suggest you have signage so that others won't feel like they are second class citizens.
- Viktor Bondarev, the commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces, said in June that the first Tu-160M2 was expected to take off in 2018.

In the words of Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov, the new Blackjacks have a combat effectiveness “two-and-a-half times greater” than their predecessors.

Russian military experts claim that the Tu-160M2 is “leagues ahead of all other strategic bombers in the world” and “outperforms” its stealth American counterparts B-2 Spirit and the B-1B Lancer in terms of speed, range, flight altitude and operational payload.

The Russian aircraft compensates the lack of stealth features and exposure to radar detection by employing the new Kh-101 and Kh-102 missiles with a maximum range of 5,500 km, which Russian commanders claim is the longest in the world and allows them to attack from distance.
