Cheap/Easy/Healthy Tomato Based Pasta Recipe, Cream Based Pasta Recipe, and More

This is the latest in my series on quick, easy, and tasty meals:

This is being placed here for my own possible records and for others to use if so desired. This is based on recipes online and an interpretation of restaurants that I occasionally frequent. The point of these recipes is to achieve the best taste, in the quickest possible time, at the cheapest possible price. That's why the ingredients are somewhat non-traditional at times. Here's the other thing, it's obvious that they can be altered quickly and easily to suit other core ingredients. Don't be afraid to experiment.

If you're not already aware, the reason why the recipes below are 'healthier' is because a lot of pre-made sauces contain a lot of 'artificial ingredients' (often to help preserve the shelf life of the sauce for extended periods of times. Many pre-made sauces can last months if not years on the supermarket shelf. Chefs also often take the easy way out and use salt/sugar in order to boost flavour rather then sauces, herbs, etc...). The reason why they may be 'tastier' for people is because it is made from fresh ingredients and isn't an 'industrial food type' (you can identify 'industrial food types' because they're often odd in some way? For instance, ever wonder why chicken/fish fingers have a different texture to fresh chicken or fish? Even wonder why meat and vegetables inside of cans/tins seem to last much longer then normal vegetables? It normally comes down to an issue of profitability?). The reason why they may be cheaper is because pre-made pasta sauces have become pretty expensive now. If you buy the cheapest ingredients and have much of the rest on hand you can make food for a fraction of the price of pre-made stuff/restaurant food and in a time frame that is almost as quick as fast food or microwave food.

- pasta
- dried tomatoes
- diced tomatoes (can be from the can or diced fresh)
- garlic
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- dried chilli (optional)
- onion (optional)
- tomatoes (optional)
- Italian herbs (optional)
- cheese (optional)
- seafood (optional. Prawns probably go best with this recipe)

Cook pasta. Gently fry chopped garlic, onion, salt, pepper, sugar, dried tomatoes, dried chilli flakes, in some oil. Add fresh diced tomatoes, and Italian herbs to this mix and continue to fry. Add seafood in at end and cook through (optional). Remove pasta from heat, drain, and stir into pan with pasta sauce. Serve with cheese on top (can be any type of 'melting cheese' not just parmesan. If you want to change the texture leave the cheese on for about half a minute and stir it through).

Random Stuff:
- as usual thanks to all of the individuals and groups who purchase and use my goods and services
- one of the funny things about modern frameworks is that they're often more difficult to learn then to use... The other funny thing is that a lot of stuff that we pay for can often be built easily as well? Check out my books and work. If you want to build your own infrastructure or frameworks from the fround up it's not that difficult?

POO has been mysteriously raining from the sky in Canada, leaving cars "inundated" with excrement, repulsed drivers say.

The disturbing incident happened May 9 and 12 in Kelowna, British Columbia, according to Global News.

The New York Post reports Susan Allen and her son Travis Sweet were stopped at a red light when they were splattered with the flying faeces, which dropped through an open sunroof.

"While we were sitting there, our car was inundated with liquid poo falling from the sky," she said.

Sweet said he felt something cold smack the side of his face - "then the smell hit my nose".

"I almost vomited instantly. It was terrible," Sweet recalled.

Ms Allen, meanwhile, burst into tears.

"It smelled so bad that my stomach got ill," she said.
- "Most of the problems that we face as a planet have gone beyond the ability of one discipline to solve. We need to get together and start sharing knowledge."
- The Marine Corps' F-35B fighters are among the oldest operating aircraft to come out of the Joint Strike Fighter program, and they're beginning to run into some maintenance issues. While many of the repairs being made to the aircraft are upgrades to bring them in line with the latest software releases and accompanying hardware upgrades, a fair share is for typical aircraft maintenance issues—and those issues are leading to an increasing number of aircraft left grounded waiting for parts.

As Defense News' Valerie Insinna reports, that's often because the wait time for delivery on some parts is a month or longer. And according to a GAO report, the lead time for some F-35 replacement parts could be two years or longer. Between waiting for parts and time spent offline for upgrades, F-35s worldwide were unable to fly 22 percent of the time between January and August of 2017. The GAO report, published last October, warned of "sustainment challenges" faced by the F-35 program—many of them because of poor planning and delays in bringing repair parts suppliers and depots onboard.

If anything major goes wrong with an F-35, it could spend a lot more time waiting to be repaired. "DOD does not have enough capacity to repair F-35 aircraft parts because the establishment of repair capabilities at the military depots is six years behind schedule," the GAO report stated. "Repair capabilities at the military depots were originally planned to be completed by 2016, but program officials told us that some capabilities have now been delayed until 2022."
- Older women in Stockholm are procuring sexual services from migrant kids of North African descent, said one of the young illegal immigrants roaming the streets of Stockholm, in "Tendens" ("Tendency"), a short documentary by Abdelaziz Maaloum and Anders Ljungberg.

In the documentary, a certain "Amin" is being interviewed. By his own admission, he is 17 years old and comes from Morocco. Before making it to Sweden as an illegal immigrant, he had been to over 20 different countries, including Iceland and Greenland, which are far less common destinations for an asylum seeker.

According to the young man, many of his comrades living in central Stockholm have taken up selling sex to older and middle-aged Swedish women. The demand, according to the Swedish documentary is high. "Amin" stressed that is a rather beneficial agreement.

"I have personally met many elderly women, mothers, widows, divorced and married women. They offer money, shelter, a shower and food for sex. If you are willing, you go along, otherwise you can always say no," Amin said.
- The jury is still out regarding Bitcoins, as there are many supporters for the crypto-currency. As Recently, Jamie Dimon, the chief executive of JPMorgan Chase & Co, on Tuesday said “Bitcoin “is a fraud” and will blow up”. Speaking at a bank investor conference in New York, Dimon said, “The currency isn’t going to work. You can’t have a business where people can invent a currency out of thin air and think that people who are buying it are really smart.”
- Vilnius, Lithuania, February 7, 2018, Bankera (https://bankera.com/) aims to become the bank for the blockchain era and is already making splashes in the ICO world. To date, their ICO has collected over 100 million euros from over 80,000 contributors making Bankera’s ICO the biggest in regard to the number of contributors.

ICO with a working product:

A large driving force behind the success of Bankera’s ICO is the well-established company SpectroCoin (https://spectrocoin.com/). SpectroCoin is Bankera’s MVP, or minimum viable product. With SpectroCoin, investors can already see results and reap the benefits of the technology in which they are investing. Currently, more than 750,000 clients are using the SpectroCoin platform for services such as fiat and cryptocurrency wallets, free and instant peer-to-peer transfers, debit cards, exchange, and payment processing services, but, uniquely, clients can also claim IBANs for SpectroCoin accounts. An MVP like SpectroCoin not only makes Bankera less risky and different from any other ICO, but it also allows investors to use the technology they are financing in a fashion that is unprecedented in the ICO world. However, Bankera plans to go beyond payment processing and offer an array of banking services, such as savings and loans accounts, as well as low-cost investment products, such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and crypto funds.
